Narrative
description of project:

|
A major
priority of the Lake Mburo Resettlement Development
Programme was to improve the water situation in Kanyayeru
Sub County. The
project aimed at improving existing water sources mainly
boreholes and valley tanks and construct additional
sources, like rain water harvesting structures, boreholes
and valley tanks where required.

Overall project management of the water
development component of the LMRDP

Design and implementation of rain water
harvesting structures at 28 schools and other institutional
buildings
·
Execution of
borehole siting and drilling supervision of 1
borehole

On site supervision during the construction
of three valley tanks and auxiliary works
·
Rehabilitation, test-pumping and reinstallation
of 20 existing boreholes
