Narrative description

WE-Consult was
contracted to carry out testpumping of 14 existing boreholes
with unknown range of the yield. The handpumps on the
boreholes were removed, a motorized pump installed and
a steptest of 2 to 6 steps was performed depending on
the borehole behavior. Pumping rate and drawdown were
measured at regular intervals and noted on field sheets.
Recovery was measured to 95% and the handpump was re-installed
on the borehole The results were analyzed at the WE-Consult
office using custom made software developed by WE-Consult
and presented to the Client in a report. |
