Staff

The WE Group works as a team of professionals that are mostly national full-time employees of the three offices, but work hand in hand with a selected range of freelance consultants for specific project requirements. Overall management is provided by a management team of Dutch, Ugandan and Canadian origin. Junior employees are trained on the job by their senior colleagues using a range of training tools, including technical and administrative manuals, standard approaches and procedures tested out on numerous occasions and continuously adapted to local conditions.

Because of this set up, employees are employed over the entire region, thus providing South-to-South capacity building while the costs for the client remain attractive.
