	WE Consult is often invited to work on projects concerning the evaluation of water and sanitation programmes, implementation of hygiene and sanitation programmes, implementation of rural water supply programmes (baseline surveys, supervision of construction), institutional development, community and water source mapping for rural water supplies and design of small to large water supply systems. WE Consult has set up a database of free lance experts who would be interested to work on short and long term projects in East and Southern Africa. We are looking for the following types of experts: Hydrologists, Hydrogeologists, Public Health Experts, Social Scientists, Water Engineers, GIS experts, Database experts The Consultant needs to be available for short and/or long term projects at relatively short notice. He/she should be willing to work outside the capital cities. The profile of the person we are thinking of is given below: Profile MSc. or BSc. 	WE Consult would like to extend its operations and is therefore looking for business partners who have the capacity, enthusiasm and endurance to set up a franchise of WE Consult in the countries surrounding the countries we are currently operating in. At the moment there are good opportunities in Southern Sudan / Kigali, Rwanda / Bujumbura, Burundi, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania / Lusaka, Zambia / Malawi / DRC and Angola but also other countries may have good potential for setting up a local consultancy business in the water sector. The investor / partner needs to be an experienced professional preferably with experience in our fields of operation who is willing to invest in setting up the country office with assistance from the office in Kampala in exchange for shares in the branch in the country of interest. He/she should carry out all activities related to project acquisition and management, recruitment of local staff and consultants and financial management of the company.
